The Dexter Tigers girls soccer team had five different goal scorers in a 9-0 win over Penquis on Thursday afternoon.
Abby Corson scored two goals and Jillean Poliquin scored one to put the Tigers ahead 3-0 at the half. Poliquin scored again to open the second half, that goal was followed by goals from Cally Gudroe and Annika King.
Freshman Annabelle Peakes tallied the final three goals, including one penalty kick. Hannah Dean made 3 saves on 4 shots for Dexter. Brooklynn Decker made 17 saves on 34 shots for Penquis. The Patriots are now 2-1-1, while the Tigers improved to 3-1.
