In Houlton, Orono took a 1-0 lead into halftime with a goal scored by Dominik Ordo. Houlton scored two quick goals in the second half, both by Terry Valles. Orono got a penalty kick goal by Ordo to tie it, but Adrian Norton would score for Houlton with 2:33 left in the second overtime to give the Shires a 3-2 victory.
