Ruth White earned PVC Class C Girls Cross Country Runner of the year. White not only won the Class C state title, the junior at Orono high school also won the New England regional, and finished fourth in the Northeast regional. With that performance, White earned a spot in the nationals in San Diego in December. On Monday, White was named 2022 Eastern Maine Sports Cross Country Runner of the Year. Full voting is below.
