The Carrabec Cobras have been the class of boys soccer eight player soccer so far this season.
They proved that again on Saturday morning. They scored six goals in the first 11:26 of the contest and rolled to a 9-1 win at Dexter.
Isaiah Haynes got the scoring started just 49 seconds into the game and Carrabec cruised from there. Seth Price set up Lucas Vicneire on an indirect kick to make it 2-0 with 26:50 remaining in the first half. Carrabec held 8-0 lead at the half as Vicneire had four goals.
Christopher Caruso had two goals, while Price and Jackson Newton had one goal each. Carrabec (10-0) has outscored their opponents 63-4. The Cobras will host Spruce Mountain on Tuesday. Brenden Berg scored the Tigers goal. Dexter (3-4-1) will play at Schenck on Tuesday.
