Woodland outscored George Stevens 25-15 in the second half en route to a 50-37 girls basketball win at Baileyville on Wednesday afternoon.
The Lady Dragons had three players finish in double figures with Kaylin Hamilton leading the way with 14 points. Karleigh Smith and Brooke Smith put in 13 points each. Hamilton also had eight rebounds, five steals, and one block. Brooke Smith added six rebounds, six steals, and three assists. Karleigh Smith had five assists and two steals. Mishun Cornelius recorded five points and 13 rebounds. Woodland (4-2) will host PVHS on Thursday at 4 PM.
Caroline Walden led the Lady Eagles with 16 points and six rebounds. George Stevens (0-5) will play at Bucksport on Friday at 6:30 PM.
