Karleigh Smith put in 19 points to lead the Woodland Lady Dragons to a 49-39 win over Jonesport-Beals on Tuesday evening.
Woodland outrebounded the Lady Royals 34-23 as Mishun Cornelius (10) and Autumn Honas (8) combined for 18 rebounds. Brooke Smith and Kaylin Hamilton also had seven rebounds each. Brooke Smith recorded 12 points, three steals, and two assists. Hamilton added nine points. Brooke Smith chipped in with four steals and two assists. Woodland (5-3) will play at Mattanawcook on Wednesday.
Brenna Alley led the Lady Royals with 13 points. Mia Mills added 10 points and seven rebounds. Jonesport-Beals (2-3) will play at Calais on Wednesday night.
