The season came to an end Sunday night, when the Kansas City Chiefs won their fourth title in franchise history and the third in the Patrick Mahomes era. Mahomes also was named the Super Bowl MVP for a third time, throwing for the game winning touchdown in overtime. Chris Lessner was able to earn the postseason picks title when the Chiefs edged the 49ers. Lessner finished second overall to Jeff Hoak.
