The NBA has announced the full schedule for the Eastern Conference Finals. The Boston Celtics, in their third straight appearance in the ECF, will have homecourt advantage as the top seed and will play the Indiana Pacers who bested the New York Knicks in Game 7 at Madison Square Garden on Sunday.
