Voting will open Sunday, May 19th or Monday, May 20th

Female nominations

  • Suri Ramkissoon- Cony- softball- reached base four times with three hits, one walk, and three RBI, while earning the win in the circle, allowing three hits, one earned runs, two walks, and striking out six in 19-4 win over Winslow.
  • Sara Young- Brewer- softball-  In three games in the circle (wins over Hermon, Edward Little, Mt. Ararat), Young went 3-0 in 19 innings, she allowed 17 hits, two earned runs, two walks, and struck out 20.
  • Natalie Simpson- Bucksport- went 3-3 with two doubles and two RBI, plus got the win in the circle, allowing one unearned run on five hits, zero walks, while striking out 11 in 10-1 win over Sumner.
  • Camryn Clough- Ellsworth- softball-  had three hits, including a double, and two RBI, plus pitched the final two innings with five strikeouts in 11-3 win over Foxcroft.
  • Desiree Adams- Dexter- softball- went 4-4 with three doubles, four runs scored, and three RBI in 15-2 win over Foxcroft.
  • Kassie Snowman- MCI- softball- had three hits, including a double and two runs scored, and also got the win in the circle in 8-7 victory over Central.
  • Autumn Peterson- Narraguagus- softball-  had three doubles, eight RBI, with the bat plus pitched 7 innings, allowing two hits, zero earned runs, three walks, and striking out 13 in helping her team get wins over Machias and Calais.
  • Amarii Weaver Fort Kent – track- broke a school record and an Aroostook County Championship meet record in the 300m with a time of 49.64. It is the third time the junior has broken the school record in the 300m.
  • Abby Haney- Orono- softball- went 4=4 with two doubles and four RBI in 12-2 win over Foxcroft.Went 1-2 with two runs scored and two RBI in 17-0 win over George Stevens.
  • Mary Allen – Central – track- set school record in the 300 meter hurdles with a time of 49.50 on May 17th in Orono.
  • Lauren Veino- PVHS- went 3-3 with two runs scored and two RBI plus pitched four perfect innings with seven strikeouts in 17-0 win over Bangor Christian. Had four RBI with the bat and pitched a three hitter, allowing one run, no walks, while striking out six in 12-1 win over Central.
  • Mia Coots- Nokomis- softball- pitched a one hitter with 18 strikeouts in 3-0 win over Belfast.  Allowed two earned runs and struck out 15 in 4-3 win over Hermon.

Male nominations

  • Grady Vanidestine- Brewer- baseball-  pitched seven scoreless innings, allowing two hits and five walks, while striking out 14 in 1-0 in 13 innings over Hermon.
  • Ayden Maguire- Bucksport- baseball- went 4-4 with three doubles, four RBI, and two runs scored in 17-2 win over Sumner. Reached base three times with two hits, one run scored, and one RBI in 16-3 win over George Stevens.
  • Hayden Strout- Foxcroft- baseball- had two hits, two runs scored, and one RBI in 12-0 win over Orono. Had a double, grand slam, and 7 RBI in 19-1 win over Dexter.
  • Kaysen Wildman- Hampden – baseball- reached base six times, including going 5-5 with two RBI and got the walk off hit in 5-4 win over Bangor in 10 innings.
  • Isaac Ritchie= Mattanawcook-  baseball- pitched a complete game two hitter, allowing one run on two walks, while striking out 11 in 11-1 win over Central.
  • Drew Bagley- Searsport- baseball-  pitched a one hitter, allowing three unearned runs on one walk and 11 strikeouts in 4-3 win over Dexter. Had two hits and two RBI in 5-3 win over Stearns.
  • Noah McMahon- Skowhegan- baseball- pitched a complete game four hitter and went 3-4 with the bat in 6-0 win over previousley undefeated Hampden.
  • Carson Prout- Washington Academy- baseball- pitched a five inning perfect game with eight strikeouts plus had two hits with the bat in 13-0 win over Sumner.
  • Ethan Abbott, Belfast – baseball- Had seven stolen bases this week, turned three double plays and went 3-4 against Cony
