Husson University announced on Wednesday that Carlos Bermudez has been hired as the new head coach of the men’s soccer program.
Bermudez will take over the Eagles for Gavin Penny, who stepped down from the position after eight seasons in June. Husson is coming off a 13-5-3 campaign in 2023 (7-1 North Atlantic Conference), falling to SUNY Poly in the NAC Championship game in double overtime. They will host the University of Southern Maine on August 30 in the first regular season contest of 2024.
