Addy Waning went 4-4 at the plate with two doubles and three RBI, while Sophie Peterson added three hits and two RBI on Saturday afternoon as the Hermon softball team beat John Bapst 13-1.
Katie Fowler got the win in the circle for the Hawks with 11 strikeouts, and she also did it with the bat with two doubles and one RBI. Hermon is now 11-1 on the season and will play at Nokomis on Monday, May 26 at 3 p.m.
