Bucksport got a game winning RBI single from Jason Terrill in the bottom of the fifth inning on Thursday, in pushing past Washington Academy 4-3 in Class C baseball action.
Trent Goss and Ryan Winchester each had two hits and one RBI for the Bucks (9-5). Winchester also scored two runs. Goss picked up the win on the mound allowing three runs (none earned) on three hits with three walks and 12 strikeouts. Parker Cates had a two-run single for the Raiders (12-2). He also suffered the defeat on the hill giving up four runs on seven hits with three walks and six strikeouts in 6.2 innings.
