Jack Kowalski had two hits, three RBI, three stolen bases, and scored three runs in leading Bangor Christian to a Class D semifinal win over Fort Fairfield. Kowalski also got the pitching win allowing just one earned run and striking out nine in 5.1 innings. He had two hits, including a triple, three runs scored, and one RBI in 8-7 quarterfinal win over Woodland. Kowalski joins Brad Wilcox (9-29-11), Ben Bragg (6-17-13), Brandon Messer (9-22-13), Seth Pearson (6-7-15), Tyler Welch (11-1-15), and Jason Libby (5-19-23) as student/athletes from Bangor Christian that have earned athlete of the week honors.
