Daniel Gardner singled to score Miles Worcester in the bottom of the seventh inning to give Downeast Captains a 5-4 walk-off win over the Bangor Comrades on Tuesday night at Narraguagus High School.
Parker Cates had two hits for the Captains, while Worcester had two RBI. Cates allowed one run on two hits and two walks with four strikeouts in five innings. Gardner picked up the winning, allowing three unearned runs in two innings.
Jonas Gilley had two hits for the Comrades. Gavin Glanville-True had three RBI.
