Bucksport boys soccer took on Sumner on Tuesday at Sumner High School. The Bucks would strike early and often taking a 6-0 lead into halftime. They would add one more to their total in the second half in winning the game 7-0. Trent Goss would score five goals with one assist, Jack Morrison chipped in one goal and one assist, and Cooper Osgood would also add in a goal for the Bucks. Owen Smith and Brayan Tuctuc would contribute two assists each for Bucksport, and Aven Laplant preserved the shutout in goal.
Sumner (3-3) will host Penobscot Christian on Thursday, and Bucksport (4-0) will host Mattanawcook Academy on Monday 9/29.
