The results from Saturday, September 27th of the rest of the Division III Football games involving Maine teams. The University of New England won their conference opener and is now 4-0 for the first time in program history
In the NESCAC (all conference games):
-Middlebury 27 at Colby 17- Antone Moreis and Miles Drake had rushing touchdowns for the 1-2 Mules
-Wesleyan 23 at Bates College 7- Ryan Lynskey had a 5-yard TD run for the 1-2 Bobcats
-Bowdoin College 13 at Hamilton 27- Michael Wolfendale had a 46-yard TD reception from Soren Hummel for the 0-3 Polar Bears
In the Conference of New England:
-Western New England 31 at UNE 37- CNE opener- The Nor’Easters go to 4-0 and win their league opener, scoring 21 points in the third quarter going ahead for good on a Chris Lang to John Germano 29-yard TD pass
-Keystone College 47 at Maine Maritime Academy 22 (non-conference game)- Nyrel Norris had two rushing TD’s in the loss for the 0-3 Mariners
