Averi Baker (Hall-Dale) and Maddie Perkins (Winthrop) both had two goals and one assist on Saturday afternoon, as Husson scored three times in the third quarter to hold off Plymouth State 5-3 in non-conference field hockey action at the Winkin Complex in Bangor.
Tessa Capozzoli added one goal and one assist, and Ella Duchette (Brunswick) made two saves in net. The Eagles are now 4-6 and will play at St. Joseph’s College on Wednesday, before taking their 2-0 Central Maine Collegiate Field Hockey Conference record into a league game at home vs UMaine-Farmington next Saturday on homecoming weekend.
