The Portland Hearts of Pine, the Maine men’s professional soccer club in their inaugural season, has made the USL One Playoffs and is set to play a quarterfinal on the road this weekend.
Portland will travel to Chattanooga, Tennessee to face the #2 seeded Chattanooga Red Wolves (15-5-10) this coming Saturday, November 1st at 7 p.m. The Hearts of Pine finished as the #7 seed with a record of 11-7-12. The teams met twice in the regular season with Chattanooga taking a 2-1 win on June 7th, before the clubs settled for a 1-1 draw on September 13th. The Red Wolves are 9-1-5 on their home turf this year.
