The Husson University field hockey team will host the Central Maine Collegiate Field Hockey Conference Championship on Sunday, November 9th at 12 p.m. at the Winkin Complex in Bangor.
The top seeded Eagles (7-7, 4-1 in the CMCFHC) will take on either #3 UMaine-Farmington or #2 Thomas College, who play on Friday to decide who makes the trip to Bangor on Sunday. The winner of the CMCFHC would then advance to the Eastern College Athletic Championship Tournament. Husson and Thomas split their regular season meetings, with the Terriers taking the most recent on October 29th by a score of 2-1. The Eagles defeated UMF in their lone matchup head to head 8-0.
