Alex Dougherty had six touchdowns in leading Telstar to a 60-30 semifinal win over Sacopee.
Dougherty finished with 3913 votes to win male athlete of the week honors. Dougherty is the first student/athlete from Telstar High School to earn athlete of the week honors.
Bryce Cooper (Dexter) finished as runner up with 2739 votes. Other nominees this week were Keegan Littlefield- Lawrence, Nick Doughty- Mt. Ararat, Cayden Ala- Fort Fairfield, Chase Lander- PCHS, Calvin Richardson – Katahdin, Wyatt Oliver- Hodgdon, and Parker Morin- Cony.
