BANGOR- Grayson Harkins led all scorers with a game-high 21 points (six 3-pointers) on Tuesday afternoon, as Shead defeated Washburn 50-38 in a Class S boys quarterfinal at the Cross Insurance Center. Harkins also added four assists.
Jonathan Andrews had 15 points and five rebounds, and Isaiah Lawrence contributed 12 points and 10 rebounds for the Tigers (9-10). Garrett Plourde led the Beavers with 15 points and six rebounds. Washburn ends their season with a record of 9-10.
