Caribou started fast getting out to a 20-7 lead after the first quarter on Tuesday evening in rolling to a 73-47 Class C quarterfinal boys basketball win over Calais at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor.
Owen Corrigan led the Vikings with 26 points, six assists, and three steals. Chandler St. Peter added 17 points and six rebounds, while Landen Belanger also put in 10 points. Zach Lacoote had 12 points and six rebounds for the Blue Devils, Noah White chipped in 11, and Isaac Downing had 10 points and five rebounds.
