Dexter Regional High School Field Lighting Project

WHAT:

MSAD #46 has launched a community fundraising campaign to install permanent field lighting at Dexter Regional High School. This is in direct response to the T-Mobile campaign from this past fall, which gave the school $75,000 towards an upgraded athletic facility. This $250,000 project will expand field access for evening practices and games, increase safety, and benefit youth athletes and families.

This is phase #1 of a much larger field renovation project that will bring a multi-sport turf athletic facility to our community.

WHY IT MATTERS:

Adding field lighting will improve scheduling flexibility, support growing participation, and create more opportunities for community events.

DONOR RECOGNITION:  All supporters will be recognized on a new Donor Recognition Wall at the field, with giving levels at:

  • Supporter — $100-$499
  • Bronze — $500-$999
  • Silver — $1,000-$4,999
  • Gold — $5,000-$9,999
  • Platinum — $10,000+

“BUY A POLE!”   Supporters can buy a pole for $25,000 and be recognized with a specialized plaque located on each light pole.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Individual donors, businesses, and community partners can learn more or contribute online at aos94.org or by contacting Adam Gudroe at 207-924-5536 or agudroe@aos94.org

BACKGROUND:

Dexter Regional High School serves over 140 youth athletes across all fall athletic programs, and plans to complete installation pending fundraising progress, with targeted completion by September 2026.
