James Paxton shut down the struggling Red Sox offense in a 4-0 Seattle Mariners win on Monday night.
Paxton (10-3) allowed four hits and didn’t issue a walk, while striking out 10 in seven shutout innings.
Jackie Bradley JR had two of the four Red Sox hits. Eduardo Rodriguez (4-3) allowed four runs in 5.1 innings.
