The Penobscot Valley Conference (PVC) Basketball All Star teams were announced on Monday night. Below is the first team class C and D boys teams. The full list will be posted as soon as we get them. The team is highlighted by four players that are playing in state championship games on Saturday at the Augusta Civic Center.
