On Friday night, Terion Moss from Portland High School was named Mr. Maine Basketball. Kolleen Bouchard from Houlton High School was named Miss Maine Basketball. Moss has committed to the University of Maine. Bouchard (a 19 time Eastern Maine Sports athlete of the week winner) has committed to Bentley University.
Bouchard helped the Shires win four regional titles and two state championships. She surpassed the 2000 career point mark in a regional final win over Dexter. Moss helped the Bulldogs win two state championships. He earned Gatorade Maine player of the year in two consecutive seasons.
