Strengths: We bring back all but 2 starters from last season. Experience will fall into our hands as I bring back 1 junior from last years club and have a strong junior/sophomore led group. Our depth on the bump will be key, along with our defense that was our backbone last season.
Biggest Challenges: Having a young group. Most of the kids are only playing their 2nd year of varsity baseball as returning sophomores or juniors(as most juniors were non starting freshman, with the state run in 2016).
Key Players/Newcomers: Everybody does their job, everyone knows their role. I don’t like to pinpoint out particular players as we all contribute one way or another. The key for us is having everyone carry their weight.
