Red hot Rays rough up Price and the Red Sox

The Tampa Bay Rays pounded out 18 hits in a 12-6 win over the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park on Saturday afternoon.

The Rays hit three home runs including an inside the park two run home run from Denard Span. Tampa Bay has now won eight straight games, including the first two in their series against the Red Sox.

David Price was roughed up for six runs (five earned) and eight hits. Price walked four and struck out five in 5.2 innings.

Rafael Devers had three hits, including a home run. Andrew Benintendi also has three hits and two runs scored. Hanley Ramirez reached base four times with two hits and two walks. Rick Porcello is scheduled to pitch in the series finale on Sunday afternoon at 1:05 PM
