A new National Football League season kicked off last Thursday night when the rival Packers knocked off the Bears 10-3. It also kicked off another season of predictions for the Eastern Maine Sports staff. Week 1 was a success for all five pickers, as two time defending champion Jeff Hoak tries to defend the throne. Marc Calnan led the way with a 13-2-1 mark knocking off Hoak and Chris Lessner who finished a game back. All prognosticators though finished at least five games above the .500 mark to start out the new season. Here are the records and then the picks for week number 2:
Marc Calnan 13-2-1
Chris Lessner 12-3-1/-1
Jeff Hoak 12-3-1/-1
Cassidy Lessner 11-4-1/-2
