2018/2019 record 15-3 . Lost in Semi-Finals to GSA in OT
Strengths: Bringing back six seniors from last year team.
Challenges . Graduating five starters from a year ago. This will mean everyone is in a whole new role this season
Top returning players . Jackson Weatherbee, Cody Hanscom, and Branden Oliver all saw significant minutes last season. They will be stepping into leadership roles this year.
Top newcomers . Malcolm Slominiski and Maddox Capps have had great summers and preseasons
Coaches comment: “I believe every night is going to be very competitive in Class C North this year. Whichever team plays well on a certain night will certainly have an advantage.” Turner said
Outlook: Mattanawcook could surprise some teams. They lost a lot of talent but they have talent coming back that will look to prove themselves. Wouldn’t be surprised to see the Lynx at the Cross Insurance Center again come February.
