Camden Harmon powers Greenville to win over PCHS

GUILFORD- Camden Harmon dominated in the second half to help Greenville grab a 61-49 over Piscataquis Community High School (PCHS) on Friday night.

Greenville went on a 7-0 run after PCHS scored the first point. The Pirates ended the first quarter on a 16-2 run sparked by 3 three pointers in the quarter from Kobe Gilbert.

Greenville went on a 7-0 run to start the second quarter. The Lakers also had a 12-0 run during the quarter. Chris Caiazzo had 13 first half points, including seven in the second quarter for Greenville. The Lakers held a 28-22 lead at intermission.

Harmon scored seven points in the third quarter and eight more in the fourth quarter. Harmon also shot 7-8 from the free throw line in the second half.

Harmon played a huge role in helping the Lakers grab 36 total rebounds. Harmon pulled down 17 rebounds to go along with his team high 19 points, five steals, and three assists.

Caiazzo put in 15 points, while Noah Bilodeau recorded 13 points, eight rebounds, and two steals. Adam Ethier scored seven points and had five rebounds. Matthew Snyder and Jack Morehouse finished with five and two points respectively. Greenville (5-5) will host Schenck next Friday.

Gilbert led the Pirates with 19 points, five rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Carter Starbird had eight points and five rebounds. Colby Chadwick recorded six points, eight rebounds, and two assists. Preston Ricker had five points. Wayne Haley recorded four points, five rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Caleb Bailey and Matt Robinson finished with three and two points respectively. PCHS (4-6) will play at Dexter on Monday.

Greenville shot 8-13 from the free throw line, while PCHS shot 8-14.
