Half of the final four in the Eastern Maine Sports top athlete contest is set. Chelsea Crockett (Nokomis) received 60% of the vote to get by Nia Irving (Lawrence). Joining Crockett will be Tino Ayala (Foxcroft). Ayala came back from an early deficit to get by Jayden Rhodes (Machias). Ayala received 76% of the vote.
The other half of the final four will be set in the coming days. Those matchups will feature Peyton Grant (Dexter) VS Justin Thompson (Schenck) and Raeanah Reynolds (Washington Academy) VS Bryce Lausier (Hampden).
