Hodgdon came back in the second half to get a 3-2 win over the Southern Aroostook Warriors in girls soccer action on Monday. The Warriors scored twice in the first half with Cami Shields scoring on an assist from Madi Russell. Russell then added the second goal. The Warriors took a two goal lead into the half.
In the second half, the Hawks scored three unanswered goals to come back and win. Sydney Rockwell scored off an assist from Gracie Little. Meghan Peters scored on a direct kick just outside the eighteen after a foul and Gracie Little completed the rally on a penalty kick to put the Hawks ahead. Libby Anderson for Southern Aroostook made 23 saves on 26 shots, and Madison Smith made 18 saves on 20 shots for the Hawks.
