Nic Visser threw four touchdown passes on Saturday afternoon, including the game winner early in the fourth quarter as the Husson University Eagles claimed their second straight Commonwealth Coast Conference Football victory with a 38-26 win over the Curry College Colonels at Walter M. Katz Field in Milton, Massachusetts.

Visser opened up the scoring with a 39 yard scoring pass to Jon Bell just over three minutes into the first quarter for a 7-0 Husson lead. Michael Sims recorded a safety late in the period to put Curry College on the board, and then the Colonels took their only lead of the afternoon when Montie Quinn ran 49 yards for a touchdown 1:04 into the second. Russ Walker hauled in the second TD pass from Visser of 42 yards just 1:30 later to make it 14-9 Eagles, before a 20 yard field goal by Billy Lynch on the last play of the first half cut it to 14-12 at the break. Walker had a second score in the third quarter of 10 yards from Visser, and Aaron Paradis added a 23 yard field as the guests led 24-12 headed to the fourth. Curry College sliced the margin to 24-19 on a 15 yard TD reception by Devon Hughes from Justin Mullaney with still 14:29 left to play. Back to back scores by Husson helped put it away including the game winner, which was a three yard pass from Visser to Cristian Walker. Visser added a two yard rushing TD with 3:45 remaining, accounting for all five of his teams TDs on the day. The Colonels scored with 56 seconds left on a five yard reception by Maxx Bell, but was too little too late.
