Desiree Adams had a game-high 20 points on Monday night, in leading the Dexter girls basketball team to a 68-23 win over the Stearns Minutemen in Millinocket.
Kallie Stone, Mazie Peach, and Abi Corson each had eight points to help Dexter improve to 8-1 on the season. Gracyn Sanders led Stearns (4-8) with 11 points.
Stearns returns to action on Thursday when they travel to Southern Aroostook, while Dexter will travel to Howland to battle the PVHS Howlers.
