The heavy rain covering Maine has forced some high school football games to be postponed Friday night due to poor field conditions. Foxcroft at Oceanside class C quarterfinal game will now be played on Saturday at 1 PM. Messalonskee will travel to Skowhegan for a 4/5 class B showdown, that game will now be played Saturday at 7 PM.
Class D is in the final week of the regular season. A Bucksport win at Ellsworth or a Mount View loss to MCI will clinch a playoff spot for the Bucks. The Bucksport/Ellsworth game has been postponed until Saturday at 1 PM.
