Bristol Parritt scored 14 of her game high 24 points in the first half to lead the Sumner Lady Tigers to a 55-35 win over Calais on Monday Night at Sumner High School.
Sumner held a 15-6 lead after the first quarter as they had four different scorers. Parritt scored eight points in the second quarter as the lead expanded to 29-15 at intermission.
Parritt made 2 three-pointers in the third quarter, and Callie Chase had five points in the final eight minutes as the Lady Tigers rolled to the win. Chase and Brooklyn Newenham had eight points each, while Jenna Colby chipped in with seven. Sumner (6-11) will host Narraguagus in their regular season finale on Wednesday.
Kayleigh Scott scored a team high 14 points for the Lady Blue Devils. Brenna Critchley added eight. Calais (5-12) will be at Woodland to end the regular season on Wednesday.
