The Thomas College basketball men’s basketball team went on a 17-0 early in the second half and held on for an 81-73 win over the University if Maine at Augusta on Wednesday evening.
Tyheem Simon came off the bench to score 28 points (12-16 FG) in 28 minutes for the Terriers. Carlos Gonzalez recorded 22 points and 13 rebounds, while Adam Carlsen scored 15 points in 18 minutes. Thomas (4-5) will play at the University of Maine at Presque Isle, before their Christmas break.
