Maine men’s hockey announces captains- also important 2024-25 Alfond Arena parking information

The University of Maine men’s ice hockey team, coming off their best season in 12 years, opens the 2024-25 campaign in non-conference action against American International College at Alfond Arena in Orono this coming Saturday at 7 p.m.

The Black Bears have also announced their 2024-25 captains in forward Lynden Breen and defenseman David Breazeale. Assistant captains will be forwards Thomas Freel, Harrison Scott, and Nolan Renwick.

For all fans headed to Alfond Arena this season, due to renovations and construction there is important information to share below on parking. There is also information below on a free event on campus open to all fans prior to Saturday’s game that will honor the 1999 National Championship team along with the individual 2024 UMaine Sports Hall of Fame inductees.
