Delaney Carr recorded a hat trick in leading Hermon field hockey to a win over John Bapst. Carr won the athlete of the week voting by 137 votes. Abilene Corson (Dexter) finished as runner up. Carr is the 12th student/athlete from Hermon High School and first since 2022 to be named athlete of the week. She joins Tyler Thayer – (2-17-14), Karli Theberge-(7) (5-29-16), Alex Allain (2) (10-23-17), Isaac Varney (2-19-17), Breanne Oakes (4-22-17), Garrett Trask (9-16-18), Wyatt Gogan (9-23-19), Sydney Gallop (2) (9-29-21), Lyndsee Reed (3) (4-28-22), Natalie Tardy (11-8-22), and Gary Glidden((11-8 22).
