Lili Bisson allowed only one earned run to lead Foxcroft softball to a 15-8 win over Mount View in a regular season opener for both teams.
Ava Turner had two hits for the Ponies, and Addy Menz scored four runs. Jenna Hartford reached base four times with one hit and three walks. She scored two runs and had two RBI. Aspen Perry scored two runs and had two RBI. Payson Hall also had two RBI. Bisson allowed eight runs (one earned) on seven hits and two walks, while striking out eight.
Madison Bennett led the Mustangs offense with two hits, including a double, two runs scored, and one RBI. Laura Smith also had two hits and two runs scored.
