Lucas Sands had two hits, two RBI, including a triple, while Thomas Day hit a homer to lead Foxcroft baseball to an 8-3 win over Washington Academy on Friday afternoon.
Hayden Strout had two hits, two runs scored, and pitched the first 3.2 innings. Strout allowed two runs on three hits and five walks, while striking out seven. Sands pitched 3.1 innings allowing one run on two hits and one walk, while striking out eight. Calvin Landry scored two runs.
Colby Moholland reached base three times, including two hits for the Raiders.
