Former Maine Black Bear Zavier Scott scores first NFL touchdown

Former Maine Black Bear Zavier Scott has scored his first NFL touchdown. Scott made a beautiful tip-toe catch of 16 yards in the back of the endzone from Carson Wentz in the Minnesota Vikings game with the Pittsburgh Steelers in Ireland on Sunday, September 28th. He had a total of six receptions for 43 yards in the 24-21 Minnesota loss. Scott played for Maine from 2020-2022, after transferring from UConn. He recorded a total of 12 (receiving, rushing, all-purpose) touchdowns in his time with the Black Bears.
