Koben Robinson and Anderson Alley had 16 points each to lead Jonesport-Beals to a 55-41 boys basketball semifinal win over Shead on Tuesday morning at the Cross Insurance Center. The Royals outscored the Tigers 14-6 in the third quarter.
Robinson went 9-11 from the free throw line and had four rebounds. Alley had four assists, three rebounds, and three steals. Nathaniel Johnson added 13 points, four rebounds, four steals, and three assists. Jonesport-Beals will play Easton in the regional championship on Saturday at 11:45 am.
Isaiah Lawrence had 14 points, six rebounds, three assists, and three blocks to lead the Tigers. Jonathan Andrews added 11 points and seven rebounds.
