Emily McNally had 17 points on Tuesday afternoon in leading Katahdin to a 46-37 Class S girls basketball semifinal win over Jonesport-Beals at the Cross Insurance Center.
McNally knocked down four 3-pointers and was named the Dirigo Nutrition player of the game. Dakota Stevens added 10 points for the Cougars. Reagan Robinson had 14 points for the Royalettes. Katahdin will play in the Class S regional championship game on Saturday at 10 a.m.
