The University of Southern Maine was picked as a regional host for the NCAA Division III Baseball Tournament that begins on Friday at Ed Flaherty Field in Gorham. Rowan University is the top seed. Here is the schedule.
FRIDAY, MAY 15th (DOUBLE ELIMINATION):
Game 1- #1 Rowan (32-5) vs #4 RIT (24-13)- 11 a.m.
Game 2- #2 USM (30-10) vs #3 Babson (26-15)- 2:30 p.m.
SATURDAY, MAY 16th
Game 3- Game 1 loser vs Game 2 loser (elimination game)- 11 a.m.
Game 4- Game 1 winner vs Game 2 winner- 2:30 p.m.
Game 5- Game 3 winner vs Game 4 loser (elimination game)- 6 p.m.
SUNDAY, MAY 17th Regional Championship
Game 6- Game 4 winner vs Game 5 winner- 11 a.m.
Game 7- Same teams as Game 6 (only if necessary)- 2:30 p.m.
