Matt Holmes (Bangor) continued to add to add to his end of the season awards on Tuesday when he was also named to the America Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings All-Region Team. Holmes was selected for the second team in region 1 after a historic statistical season for Husson. Also on Tuesday, five Husson Eagle softball players were named to the College Sports Communicators All-District Team. Lydia Rice (Winthrop), Morgan Tainter, Morgan Curtis (Gray-New Gloucester), Emily Dunbar (Skowhegan), and Tayler Watterson made the squad.
