Hockey East announced their men’s and women’s All-Academic teams on Monday, and the Maine Black Bears were well represented on both sides. The women’s team had 17 honorees, while the men were tied for second in the league with 23 names on the list. In addition, Julia Bachetti (women’s hockey, goaltender) along with Jeremy Langlois (men’s hockey, defenseman) and Thomas Freel (men’s hockey, forward) were recognized as All-Academic All-Stars.
