The Sanford Mainers officially ended their 2026 New England Collegiate Baseball regular season on Thursday night with a 6-0 win over the North Shore Navigators in Lynn, Massachusetts.
Sanford (26-15) will be the #2 seed in the NECBL playoffs that begin Saturday at Goodall Park. The Mainers will be playing the Valley Blue Sox in a best of three first round series. Both Game 1 on Saturday and a possible Game 3 at Goodall on Monday will be a 6:30 p.m. start. Game 1 and Game 2 along with a possible Game 3 will all be broadcasted live on ESPN+.
