The Thomas College men’s soccer team continued their solid start to the season by defeating the University of Southern Maine 4-2 in non-conference action in Gorham on Wednesday night.
Cody Robinson had two goals for the Terriers, while T’Syi Showers scored the game winner in the 60th minute. Andrew Hodgins (Brewer) had the other goal. Max Mulvey made four saves in net. Cole Johnson and Alex Graver (Falmouth) both scored for the Huskies (2-3-3). Thomas College (5-2) will take their 2-0 North Atlantic Conference record into their next countable game on Saturday, October 3rd with a league match at UMaine-Presque Isle. They will host CMCC in an exhibition contest this Saturday during homecoming.
